This position is responsible to assure the delivery, direct supervision and training to the residents of The Arc of Haywood County within residents' home, workplace and community. The position is responsible for the promotion of the principle of normalization in the training of independent living skills and to safeguard the rights and human dignity of the residents in the home and community.
